Dr. Md. Abdur Razzak, Director of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Professor of the department of electrical and electronic engineering (EEE) at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) conducted a half-day workshop on “Preparation of Self-Assessment Report for BAETE Accreditation” at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Board Bazar, Gazipur on June 9, 2022. IUT is a subsidiary organ of the organization of islamic cooperation (OIC). In his presentation, Dr. Razzak described the step by step process of how to prepare the self-assessment report (SAR) to be submitted to the board of accreditation for engineering and technical education (BAETE), which is a statutory body of the Institute of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB). The workshop was organized by the electrical and electronic engineering department of IUT. A total of 27 faculty members from the EEE department attended the session.
